For as long as I can remember we have kept diaries and photos albums of our holidays. It’s a wonderful way of saving the memories that would otherwise be forgotten. To begin with it was good old paper scrapbooks, then for the last decade we put diaries online in the form of websites on our return, but more recently we have discovered blogging as a way of publishing our diaries as we go and letting our friends and families follow us on our travels.

For anyone who comes across this site and doesn’t know us here’s a bit of info…

We are a family from the Midlands in the UK consisting of Carolyn (Mum), Andy (Dad), Richard, Helen and Ali plus extended family Gary and Mark (Helen and Ali’s other halves). We’re all very close and love travelling together. We haven’t all been on all of the holidays, sometimes it’s just 2 of us, sometimes us all but we hope that you enjoy this little space on the web and please feel free to leave your comments!
